Who is Randi Barry?

Randi Barry, an alumna of the Paris College of Art and a fashion designer, holds a double bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Fine Art. Her creative journey extends beyond the studio, as she has ventured as a watch leader and stewardess aboard yachts navigating the seas.

With a passport boasting stamps from 33 countries and counting, Randi draws inspiration from diverse cultures and landscapes encountered during her travels around the globe. Her recent foray into the fashion world culminated in the successful inaugural launch of her brand, showcased at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and featured in Episode 1 of ‘Hot Yachts Miami’.

In 2023, she presented collections at Miami Swim Week and Paris Fashion Week.Randi’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection, ‘Summer on the Seine,' is more than just a collection; it's a tribute to the collective efforts to clean up the Seine River, aligning with the anticipation of the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Sustainability is the heartbeat of Randi's designs, emphasizing a commitment to a living wage for the predominantly female garment workers shaping the industry.

Randi’s Paris Fashion Week show in October 2023 also marked the debut of her own print, ‘Toile de Sea,’ which merges her exploration of Toile de Jouy during her time studying Fashion in Paris with her experiences as a seafarer.

Randi's impact has gained global recognition, with features in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Elle, and Harper's Bazaar. Her story has also graced the pages of her hometown magazine in the Comox Valley, BC, Canada, 'Trio Mag.'

Excitingly, Randi is set to unveil the 'Summer on the Seine' line in Paris, Miami and Canada this Spring/Summer 2024.
